Through the years, DTRI has developed appropriate technologies and continuous to conduct researches on dairy processing and technology. Eventually, some of these technologies became regular products of the unit available to the community. These products include fresh milk, chocolate milk, white cheese, yoghurt, mozzarella cheese, semi-hard cheese, processed cheese and ice cream.
Starting January 30, 2019 sale of fresh milk and chocolate milk at the DTRI Sales Bar will be resumed. Other products will follow soon.
