Accountable to the improvement of research initiatives and technical assistance

In research, the cluster will continue supporting research themes which deal with sustainable native animal production, animal-environment interaction and livestock development approaches. In addition, research activities in the field of animal biotechology, bio-processing and wellness and organic production will be initiated. Students are encouraged to seek support from "Interdisciplinary Research Programs" and explore funding support from local and international agencies. Furthermore, ADSC will increase research fund for undergraduate and graduate students and encourage junior-senior research mentoring that will help increase research projects and publications.

ADSC 2016 is geared towards the modernization of its instruction and research facilities and equipment, organization and manpower development and streamlining process flow and procedure. It envisions a course offering that will produce students with strong background in science and technology, excellent managerial and entrepreneurial skills and with a sense of service and nationalism. It is possible through the continuous evaluation of existing courses and curricular program through stakeholders' consultation to propose a more industry responsive courses and curricular programs, OBE-dized graduate courses, MOU with international universities, government institutions and private companies.
